Initially, the ISS Keps will be fine. By the time it separates enough to matter, ARRISat-1 will get its own object number, and Keps, from Space Track. For instance, that satellite deployed from the shuttle is already listed as PSSC-2 and has Keps. No doubt there will be info all over the usual places, but keep checking Space Track. At least there is only one, so we don't have to play the usual game of figuring out which object is which satellite.
