Spotted this in the DXNL 2083 (Mar 7, 2018) bulletin from DARC. Sending it via the -bb since waiting for the weekend ANS news cycle would be too late:

NA-100; V2, Antigua and Barbuda: Patrick/N2IEN, Lee/WW2DX, Raymond/W2RE, and Lori/KB2HZI will be active as V26PD from the 8th to 11th on CW, SSB, RTTY, and FT8. They are also planning 2m via EME and satellite. QSL via NR6M.
