After seeing so many NOT heard reports, I am pleased to inform that I heard ARISSat-1 as below:

12 August, 2151 Hours, all time UTC or 13 August, 0551 Hours, MYT

Maximum elevation: 3 degrees

FM Voice Telemetry: Battery Voltage 35.66v Battery Current (unfortunately there seems to be no +ve or -ve announcement) 34 mA

It seems like ARISSat-1 is in low power mode but I might be wrong, as I cant differentiate low power and emergency mode.

I have a 57 degrees pass in 1 hrs 20 miutes from now and will try to listen out for FM and BPSK telemetry.
