Does anyone moniter the sats that are broken to see if they come back to life? Like the RS-15 and now my fav HO-68 is broke now, thats the first one I talked on. Amsat says AO-7 semi operational but seems to work just fine. Anyway was wondering if there were any that have a glimmer of hope that I might moniter in my case of absolute bordation???

Only when illuminated, hence the "semi-"
You could listen for NO-44, AO-10, UO-11, which are all varying degrees of dead to operational. There are about a couple dozen cubesats to listen for as well. Take a look at DK3WN's webpages and blog for a good list.

The easiest one I have found and use daily (and it is free), is "satellite tracker."
