Which kind of TNC's/modems are you interested in? Hardware or software? Nowadays a computer can do all this stuff in software.

If you're interested in AFSK and FSK AX.25 software modems, my favourite is direwolf. UZ7HO softmodem is also very popular and does BPSK as well.
