It seems that if you cut and paste from the amsat web page you end up with a TLE entry that is not formatted correctly When pasted and SatPC32 ignores the entry.
I attempted to format correctly, but Satpc32 still ignores the entry .
Do you know when there will be updated Keps available ?

But, I you look at an old KEP bulletin, the header has the required format. Just cut and paste the format header and realign to make it work.
Note: Make sure you match both the numbers and the SPACES.
