Congratulations to first AMSAT issued GridMaster Award

      Yes, as soon as we announced the award, someone was waiting in the wings 
to apply. I have finished checking Drew, KO4MA, application and he has 
been awarded the first AMSAT issued GridMaster Award #11. I am working 
on another that should be issued shortly.
