I somehow have lost the countdown window on my SatPC32. When I click on the selection the window doesn't open anymore. I found a couple of mentions of it on the web, but no answers to either questions. Any thoughts?

I think if you click Setup, Options, and on the left-hand side, tick the box for "Countd. w. map", then restart SatPC32, you should have the countdown window again. Then make sure that the "Open Window at Program Start" box is checked in the countdown window.

Michael, Maybe something went wrong with the data file that saves the screen position of the countdown window. The program saves the screen position in the data file "CountDownPos.SQF" in the DATA folder "SatPC32" for the configuration #1 and in the sub folders CfgII ... CfgIV for configurations #2 ... #4. Therefore try whether the countdown window appears if you change the configuration (SatPC32 menu "Setup", "Configurations"). If yes, copy a working file into the data folder with the faulty file. The path to the data folder "SatPC32" is shown in the foot line of menu "Satellites". The folder "AppData" in the path is hidden by default. Therefore make first hidden folders and files visible (Windows Explorer - Tools - Folder Options - View).
