New APRS sat on PSLV?
According to a post on the SatNogs community forum, the April 1st PSLV launch will contain an APRS payload (to remained fixed to the upper stage of the rocket).
Anybody know of anything about it?

Doesn't seem to be coordinated via the IARU team, guess we shall have to wait and see.
