Go to C:\Program Files\Orbitron\tle\amateur.txt and add these TLE's:
DELFI-C3 1 32783U 08021A 08119.33805163 .00165610 00000-0 23146-1 0 23 2 32783 097.9217 179.2401 0029749 230.8058 129.0516 14.76344380 27
Restart Orbitron.
Delfi-C3 will appear in your satellite list.
