What are people running on Windows Vista for prediction without an internet connection (so I can not use AMSAT's predict website).

SatPC32 from AMSAT will run fine with Vista. There are some minor issues but they are covered in a compatibility statement. I am running it on a new Dell Notebook under Vista Home Premium Edition.
