A couple of hours ago, this was posted on the LituanicaSAT-1 Facebook page:
"LituanicaSAT-1 decays in a couple of weeks. Transponder always-on and no more other experiments?" (https://www.facebook.com/Lituanicasat1)
I'm not sure if that means that the transponder has already been turned on or will soon be turned on for the remaining life of the satellite, but it's worth it to check it out.

Remember to use fresh keps, preferably from CelesTrak as they are updated daily.
