I will be giving a presentation on FM satellite operations at the McKinney (Texas) Amateur Radio Club (MARC) monthly meeting this Tuesday evening, starting at 7:00PM (00:00 UTC). According to the predictions, LILACSAT-2 will be the only FM satellite passing by during that hour, so I am going to attempt to have a live demonstration. The local AOS will be 00:11:35 UTC, May 15th (7:11 PM Central Daylight Time, May 14th). According to the AMSAT Live OSCAR Satellite Status Page, LILACSAT-2 appears to have been active on early Wednesday (UTC) last week. That is no guarantee, though that it will happen this week. I will be calling during the pass of LILACSAT-2, so I hope that someone will be there to have a QSO. Thanks in advance!
