In the past I have used long time a tnc2multi packet modem with UISS and AGWE software. I also have tried AGWE soundcard mode. But last period I use soundmodem to decode ISS packet. With soundmodem I decode much more weak packet signals even with a bit noise. Soundmodem has good software filters.
