FWIW- If you are going to admonish someone for poor behavior on an FM satellite, it is probably not the best idea to do it during the pass. Done that way, the admonishment becomes as bad as the original QRM. Steve AI9IN
I was on that pass and heard the intentional QRM. While the intentional QRM is despicable, I think his intention was to point out something I don't really understand since getting active on sats again - which is why the same guys keep working each other on every FM satellite pass. There is limited bandwidth and potentially a lot of new users who don't get a chance to make contacts. I can understand working your buddies on the linear sats, but why can't folks be considerate and generally only work new stations or grids?

I would like to suggest that perhaps a posting here on this forum or some other type of social media might be a better way to point out problems rather than using satellite time.
