To All the Sat Guy's that offered advice to me about the "confusion" with the Keps in HRD.
As a "past" Help Desk guy, it couldn't have been a better experience. I could have opened a "trouble ticket" with a certain software company, and waited, weeks maybe, months to get, a *maybe* solution. This community, is the BEST !! Good solid thoughts. Advice from past experience. What could be BETTER. I'M YELLING AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS. Um, Sorry Mom. Thank You ALL. Best - WB1FXX
