SatPC32 V. 12.8d - Satellites Source Files issues
Fellows I would like some guidance with the satellites source files. The following has started to bug my mind.
I have added certain satellites under the various source files, i.e., amateur, nasa, nasabre TXT files. nasa has lots of them. When I switch to any other one, I lose the nasa set up and the last one I pick remains the default for all of them.
It is a pain because then I have to recreate each one again the way I like them. I don't recall this happening before. Did I touch something?

If you go in "satellite" menu you see three columns. First one is your source file (keps), second one called "Available" are the satellites in that source file and third one is "Selected [Standard]". If you look at the name of that column, there is a reason why it is called [Standard]. This is your first group, it is called "Standard" and is default group! If you click on "Groups" you see other groups. The first one is "Standard". Each group, like your "Standard" Group can only be associated with *one* source file at a time! So if you selected "amateur.txt" as your source file and selected satellites out of that list in the third column, your "Standard" group is now associated with amateur.txt. once you click "Ok". Every time you select another source file and new satellites and hit 'OK" you point the Standard Group to that new sources file and satellites and the old one are not accessible anymore since your standard group is now associated with the new source file and new satellites. Now, since you have the option to assign different groups or create new ones, you can associate them with different source files and satellites and just switch the group. Please also read the manual!
