Yes, CO-65's 1.2GHz is still operational. It is usually scheduled for operation at 9600bps GMSK of Up=1267.600 and Down=437.475 on Saturday and Sunday of every weekend. The ground station has been publicity on the web at the end of each month that either Digipeater or Message_Box of CO-65 is it's to be operational.
