I heard the CW beacon at 1217 UTC with a strong (min. S5) but noisy signal.

The FM downlink wasn't as strong as the beacon and was much noisier (possibly from local interference), fading about once per second. However, I did hear a child's voice giving part of the satellite's ID, but that was about it.
