I can’t speak to the content and arguments of late with respect to it’s impact on subscribers and usage, but as someone who for years primarily reads the reflector by looking at the archive rather than getting emails,, I’m not a big fan of the current Postorius interface. Never used it before on any other interest group (vs say, groups.io), and it has a lot of overhead versus the old use model.

It is what it is, and I’ll use it when needed, but I will say, in at least my case, it’s impacted my participation and interaction.

I will suggest that if you’re put off by some of the threads, reading this forum through the web archive (and picking and choosing what to read), rather than getting each and every email will preserve your sanity. And you _can_ set that up in Postorius, just as you could on the old interface.
