Looking for Dallas/Fort Worth area satellite aficionados, to act as alternating Net controls for an AMSAT related net on the Dallas Amateur Radio Club repeater. I have been hosting the net myself, since it's inception about 10 months ago, but would really like some others to rotate in. The net meets at 8PM US Central Time, every Tuesday evening, except for the first Tuesday of the month, on the DARC 146.88, W5FC repeater. (Sorry Houston AMSAT Net: Not trying to compete with you, that is just the slot they offered me.) The repeater does have an Echolink node (W5FC-R) so you would not need to be within line of sight to the repeater to be involved.

I am also involved and do net control several times a month on the west side of the Metro for a similar every Wednesday at 9PM Central time on the Arlington ARC 147.14 repeater. No Echolink or connected protocol there. That net has been on since the mid-80s.
