Let me start by saying this ISN'T a personal attack.

Bob WB4APR has been asking on and off for years for people to stop unattended beacons with varying success. The problem is that most of the "offenders" don't read the BB. Why don't you go on a personal crusade and figure out who the offenders are and contact them directly instead of whining about it here, where obviously it isn't doing any good.
