DRAGON Fram2 (object 63427) elements are supplied by US Space Force officials and are based on post launch observations.

Fram2Ham (object 90000) come from ARISS officials and are presently based on pre launch predictions. They are sticking with object number 90000 as many new users are associated with the project, and wish to avoid the confusion of changing names/object numbers after launch as we only have a couple of days of activity.
