I wonder if anyone has decoded the Satellite Pegasus, part of the new Constellation of sat's going around ?

Hi John.
I have looked for it on favorable passes, but so far no luck. However, all my opportunities have been at night, so if the satellite performs better in sunlight, I'm at a disadvantage.
Could you confirm that we're talking about 436.670 FM with 9k6 FSK?
