No - the first "rule" of email is to respect the intent of the writer - and not post publicly what was intended as a private communication.

With all due respect, Clint, you can't rely on everyone conforming to your Rule #1, as we have seen. Therefore, it is wiser to count on yourself to follow my Rule #1. This I have learned from being 'online' for 20+ years.
