How has COVID-19 prevented AMSAT from printing and mailing Journals?
I just received the October QST, and have been receiving them each month since the start of the pandemic. Other ham organizations that mail publications have continued to do this. It seems like AMSAT could do the same thing. Is there something else going on, which has not been disclosed either to the Board of Directors or the general AMSAT membership, as to why AMSAT stopped printing and mailing Journals?
