Yes, it works fine under Win10. Did you actually extract the installation file before trying the install? The file needs to be decompressed before installing...having the OS allow you to view a file is nice, but it sometimes creates issues.
That's my guess, anyhow!

A couple of things come to mind - - the install icon on the desktop is just a shortcut, try setting the EXE file to run as admin, - but Installing it a sub-folder other than the standard Program Files folder will eliminate the need to run as admin. Best, Umesh k6vug
