There is an excellent article by Mark Spencer, WA8SME beginning on page 43 of the January 2014 QST. It mentions that a limited number of complete systems will be available through the AMSAT Store. They are not yet available, and we do not at present have a firm date when they will be in stock. Because of uncertainty of the price and number which will be available, we are not taking advanced orders. When we are ready to process orders, we will make the information public. Please do not call the AMSAT office.
