Orbitron, indeed!
Not only is it easy to set up, but it runs on everything from slow Pentium MMXs and Windows 98 to Linux Boxes with the WINE emulator.

Thanks to all who have responded.
I am currently using Orbitron. I guess my OP wasn't very clear. What I'm looking for is something that will print predictions with *BOTH* UTC and local time printed on the same page.
