I last spoke with Dee on 3/26/12 asking me, with his trademark enthusiasm, if I was going to Dayton. Martha introduced me to Dee when I started with the Amateur Satellites, helping me with the Linear Transponders. As a NY Area Coordinator Dee taught me how to run an AMSAT booth, always asking me, when is your next Hamfest. He was an outstanding ambassador for AMSAT and Amateur Radio. RIP Dee....
