I downloaded a .csv file of satellite memories previously posted on this BB.
Being new to the IC-9700, I'm not sure how to upload them from the SD card into the radio memory and use them. I've read the manuals and am still confused.
Any hints?

Bob,
Read your radio with Icom programming software and open the Satellite Memory tab then import the .csv and write it back to the radio.

I would just add that you generally have to use the same program (or at least the same brand) that created the CSV file to write it back to the radio. For example, I've taken a CSV from RT-Systems and had to write a non-trivial conversion routine to make it usable with Chirp (both can run with many different radios). So if you know the file was created with the Icom software, then I agree with the advice earlier. . I don't recall what was posted here earlier, so I thought I would mention this caution.
