Upgraded to the new ver D SAT32 and working ok. I haave the Observer stored and is correct for my QTH(Reno), however the map does not center on the qth or the U.S.? unless I engage a satellite specifically. Am I missing something in the set up? ThanksJim KI6WJ
Wayne W9AE replies:
Go into the Setup -> Options menu and make sure that "center map on observer" is enabled.

Erich replied to me when I asked: " Hi, the program centers the map on your locator only with the zoom 1 (Z1) map. The zoom 2 map is always centered on the satellite to avoid that the satellite is outside the program window. In menu 'Options' un-check start option 'zoom 2', and save the change if you want the program to start with the map centered on you QTH. 73s, Erich, DK1TB" I don't think I ever used used anything other than zoom 1 prior... so I didn't even think to check zoom mode after installation. From Robs mail last week I could see that he had already chosen the option "Center map on ... Observer'. Therefore I didn't suggest that but suggested to disable the 'Zoom 2' start option. .
