yes, I saw you and other stations on my WISP screen (e.g. DL8DR and SP8CGR)

Since only 2 European and 2 Russian stations were calling CQ. The many other usual stations were not active.

I think this is a really good result.

For 1st time I enjoy the 1st 5 minutes of HO-68 on Pacsat Mode uploaded few Messages then the FM QRM took over the rest of the pass!!

For sure they do not know the new regulation !!
