Sending a message bottle in the ocean - Fram2

It may reach a friendly shore…
Both Patrice (3B8FA) and myself monitoring Fram2 24/7, not heard so far. We guess that they are not Txing over 3B8.
In case anyone has the capability to send a message to Fram2 to ask just one transmission over 3B8 it would be really appreciated.
It would be great to Rx Dragon Fram2 at least one time.
