Re: [amsat-bb] meeting-point to spot rare grids and events on SATs
Yes...,
But I was thinking on something more visual, such as a calendar with a bar diagram covering all days of the activation. Something similar to the calendar of the Outlook. Each activaron a bar.
And clearly seeing the call sign and grid. Even we could filter by FM SAT, SSB SATs or both.
With a nice tool and a simple sight with colours more people will use it and it will be really a meeting-point for all of us.
And even each person could configure its own filters, perhaps only activations with couverture USA-EU.
Imagination takes lead!

I think AMSAT needs a meeting-point on his web where whatever ham can spot its portable/event activation, so will not need to subscribe to several webs, forums, whatsapp groups and twitter.
We only need to visit the web of AMSAT each moornig to see the folllowing rare grids or events activations during the day.
I hope to see it some day.
