This is maybe "off the list" but I guess many of us did know this person.
Today is a sad day for us. John LA2QAA passed away November 25. and today we sayed goodbye for the last time. He was a real good friend, and a huge resource for us all here in the nabourhood and local club. The reason that I started working satellites are one and only John's "profit". Rest in peace John. 73, Paul
Sadly, how to lose the friend. My condolences. Rest in peace John. --- Igor , RW3XL
Thank you for letting us know Paul. My condolences to all. John, LA2QAA and I enjoyed many satellite qso's as the various satellites passed over the pole.
