Hi Bob,
Check if there satellites part of your SatPC32 groups that are no longer available because they decayed, examples are Kicksat, Phonesat, Litsat etc.
I am running into the same, also keep in mind that Space Track can alter satellites ID's the last I run into was ITF-1 and this also gave the error you experience.

I gues it has something to do with the doppler.sqf file being too long.. I talked Erich about this last year, he told me there is a limit of 1000 lines in doppler.sqf
Since I removed the top and bottom text (that is not used) I dont run into this error anymore.
