Got it going. You must use the drop down box to the right of the "Start" button to select your input source, then click "Start". That box starts out empty rather than showing the first input device in the list and there is no text there to prompt the selection of the input. It now finds and listens fine to sound card audio input and the FCD. You DO NOT need to run the FDC control program, FoxTelem will set the freq, although there doesn't appear to be any feedback to show the FDC got the message.
