I heard Delfi-C3 on the second pass (San Francisco Bay Area), but not the first. Also, it was transmitting on 145.930 MHz (the backup frequency), not 145.870 MHz.

The ICOM IC-R1500 didn't have the crackling you hear in the recording when listening on the speaker, but for some reason it got into the ADC:
