Are there any sights where I can track PCSat, my Nova for windows does not have this sat in its list.

Nova lists it under PCSAT catalog #26931. It is listed under Artificial Satellites as opposed to Amateur Satellites in Nova for some reason.
Does that help? I use Nova and it works GREAT!
