Re: [amsat-bb] FoxTelem server
Thanks for your suggestion Greg.
I have manged to fix the problem by resetting the modem back to default settings. In the process if doing that I also lost all my port forwarding parameters for other applications that I run.
Very annoying as that the firmware update was automatically done by my ISP and after I called them and explained the situation they asked for a fee to get the problem fixed by the tech team...............a bloody joke !
What I could not understand was the foxtelem upload was not working but funcube data was ok.
Anyway all good for now :)

Wild guess, but check with your ISP to see if they installed some sort of firewall / filtering rules in the modem. It might be blocking the site or ports that the database upload service uses.

Ok thanks, but still an issue here.
The same setup runs Funcube dashboard and that is working fine.
All systems have been powered down and restarted including the main house distribution modem.
I checked the error logs in the modem and it had a firmware update on the 18-09-2018 at 01:42 local time. It appears the data may have stopped forwarding since then.
I also noticed that my time clock synchronizing programs are failing to connect to their sever.
Something strange has happened and I am not impressed !

I see that my STATS have updated in the last 90 minutes on both AO91 and A085, so I would say no, or it's back working.
