I count only eight objects, if you count MEPSI (2 objects on a tether = 1 satellite). Here is my current guess on IDs.

29660 = MEPSI 29661 = RAFT 29662 = NMARS 29663 to 29667 are the five ANDE components (MAA, FCal, disk1, cyl1, and cyl2. It is not possible to ID which is which yet.
