Observations from the pass 1242 UTC to 1255 UTC, over VK. Copied two CW signals on nominal 437.275. One was very unstable and chirpy with slow CW, the other was clean, fast CW, but quite weak in signal strength. The unstable signal drifted down the band very quickly, definitely not crystal locked. Also copied SEEDS on nominal 437.485, but may be slightly lower in frequency. Signal clean but very weak. Visible on Spectran but not decode-able. This pass was in Eclipse. Used auto-tracking throughout the pass, which may have been a retrograde move. Colin VK5HI.
