Re: Ham sat launched last night?
I see that BeliefSAT0 has a different set of TLEs than POEM 3. Which set is correct?

Note that BeliefSat 0 is not a separate satellite, but rather a payload on the PSLV Orbital Experimental Module 3 (POEM 3), that remains attached to the PSLV upper stage. And this upper stage is object 58695 (2024-001B).

Looks like the answer is yes!
Took some digging, but this article points to BeliefSat-0 as an included payload:
https://www.thehindu.com/sci-tech/science/isro-to-launch-xposat-and-10-other...
BeliefSat-0 looks to be this:
https://github.com/NewLeapKjsieit/BeliefSat-0/tree/main , which includes an FM repeater and APRS digipeater.

I was watching the Indian PSLV launch carrying the XPoSat satellite last night. Although it was hard to understand due to the accent, I thought they said that one of the secondary payloads was an amateur satellite. Anyone know if there was an amateur satellite on that flight?

Those TLEs for BeliefSat 0 that you saw somewhere must have been preliminary pre-launch estimated TLEs. There is currently only one post-launch TLE set for POEM 3, with BeliefSat 0 attached, and that is the TLE set for object 58695 given by Nitin Muttin.
