Current predictions for Falconsat-3 reentry seem to converge around late (UTC) 21 Jan 2023 to early (UTC) 22 Jan 2023. Therefore, I plan to command TX ON about 1910 UTC today, 19 Jan 2023, with battery management OFF. In recent weeks, it has survived this for 24-30 hours--at which time I have turned it OFF. So, this will be right on the margins for battery vs. reentry, but we're going to "flame out" either way :) Good luck with listening over the next couple of days.. TLEs here are current daily https://www.amsat.org/tle/current/daily.all https://www.amsat.org/tle/current/daily.all Or you may need to get them directly from Space-Track..
