Did anyone hear LilacSat-2 on the 23:03 UTC pass? I didn't, and according to the FM transponder schedule it should have been on. Heard telemetry every 30 seconds or so, but no voice.
Same thing at my QTH. I expected it to be on the air. Caught the XW-2E's pass and worked some stations then went outside with the arrow antenna for LilacSat-2. Rick, WB3CSY
