Is there any way to know the repeater schedual on the ISS or is it just a try each pass to see? I was reading that the repaeater was working and couldn't wait to get home to give it a try but missed it and the next day the packet seamed to be working. 73 John KG4VHV

There is a definite element of catch-as-catch-can to ham ops on the ISS. You can get a good idea in close to real time here:
The upper right side shows what has been heard recently, with more detailed info as you drill down.
