I've been listening and watching the findU site (http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/ariss/index.cgi) and I haven't seen any reports since twenty hours ago. Did the system get shut down?

Yes. The system is required to be powered down to support Russian Vehicle (Soyuz and Progress) proximity operations (docking and undocking).
