Yes, and bearing in mind that the launch is scheduled to be only a few minutes away, there is an awful lot of activity at the base of the rocket (i.e where the really hot bit comes from!)

Mind you there seems to be conflicting reports about launch time; SARC report 14:55 utc (which has passed) and AMSAT - SA report 16:55 - so you pays yer money and yer takes yer choice!
By the looks of things they are still trying to find the blue touch paper and a big enough match so my guess is for 16:55 (12:55 edt)
