Hi Zack,
Yeah, noticed the same, KD7QAF likely wasn't the correct call. My ears hadn't fully woken up yet this morning, darn it!
Maybe it was KD7QAS I heard ... that's an IRLP node in Middleton, ID, and the robot voice definitely announced Middleton. And "F" and "S" do sound kinda alike.....

QRZ.com does show A KD7QAS in Middleton.

And there is an Echolink system (KD7QAS-R, node 410789).
What may be more interesting, after some Google searches, is a series of references I saw where the KC0TQZ-L system (node 367513) had been linked to the KD7QAS-R system. On http://www.echolink.org/logins.asp now (1839 UTC), I saw this for KC0TQZ-L:
KC0TQZ-L Clay Cntr,KS 145.920 (1) ON 01:27 367513
In the station description, it shows 145.920 along with the QTH in Kansas. This may be the system that's causing the QRM on AO-51, and the other system is just linked to KC0TQZ-L at that time.
